All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or demonstrable unauthorised access. madu303 does not accept deposits from third parties. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual bonus page and may range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
